Techflix-tv is a webtube to watch all the video's related to different technologies
Its an attempt to learn all the latest versions of angular-cli, angular 4, bootstrap v4 etc. we have tried our best to build something cool, enjoy it.
visit the link and click on the different items on the menu, scroll down to view more videos and click/ select a video to start playing.
angular-cli angular 4 bootstrap v4 youtube api v3
Handy App for learning new programming languages and frameworks!
Cool Idea, seems like a good way when I'm bored to do something and keep up with technologies. The top navbar buttons were going off my screen (had to scroll right to see them all). Same with the main video. Probably because I'm on a labtop with a smaller screen (17' I believe). Would be cool if all the topics/technologies had votes so I could start with the most popular new technologies. Or even filter by type of technology. Anyway, Nice Job!
It would be great if you rate us too
The idea sounds great, but the implementation lacks of design, IMO.
But you did a good job!
Your feedback to my entry would be appreciated as well.
Nice app :)
nice idea, some minor ui glitches
I like the idea of this kind of applications. It is often much easier than just using the youtube search. It gets very handy if it integrates more than one video platform.
However to be honest the design is not very appealing to me and I cannot click on videos on the dashboard. Also there is not much of innovation in here.
I appreciate your work and I assume it was a great opportunity to learn Angular2 for you.
Pretty cool app that you guys have developed in 48 hours. I really want to appreciate your idea and the effort to learn and implement new technologies.!! I will suggest you to provide some more features for your application and work some more on design. :) Keep doing the Great work guys :)
It will be great if you are playing a game which is developed by me and giving feedback :)
This is a promising start. I like that how the application could be a one-stop shop for free online educational materials.
Tested in Chrome and Edge. There were a few issues with the UI. The thumbnails on the homepage don't link to any of the videos. It's teasing me :) There's also vertical scrolling for all of the tags. Adding video UI was pre-populated and doesn't look like to work.
Here's some ideas for improvements. Would have been nice to have a search field to have it auto complete to the nearest tag. Would like to know how the playlists were sorted. Is it a custom curated list? Is it listed by popularity? Date added? Date posted on YT? On likes/dislikes? Knowing when the video was published to know how "fresh" it is is super useful. Seeing ratings from YT and some of the top comments could help consuming content. Auto-play could be annoying, the ability to toggle it on and off would be great. Would love to see how this evolves past the first 48 hours on working on it :)
Your feedback to our entry would be appreciated as well. GLHF!
I like all resources related to programming so it good application +1
